Our firm is devoted to helping you get through your toughest problems such as misdemeanors, felony charges, drunk driving or DUI charges, and bankruptcy or creditor problems. My promise to you is that I will help you to have peace of mind; and, I will explain your options to you, so that you can make tough choices with confidence.

Drunk Driving, OUIL, DUI, OUID (drugged), all are violations of MCL 257.625 and are very serious criminal acts. There once was a day when a police officer who encountered a drunken driver would just tell him or her to drive home and stay there. Those days are long gone. Drunk driving is a misdemeanor for most people, but can be a felony, depending on the person's past history. Beginning this year any third offense under MCL 257.625 will be a felony regardless of when the previous two offenses occurred. Also this year, Michigan's new "super-drunk" law will take effect. Penalties include breath interlock devices, suspended driving privileges (try getting to work without a license), fines, costs, driver responsibility fees, and jail. You cannot afford to just plead guilty. If you are charged with drunk driving, you must take immediate action and call a drunk driving attorney. While I cannot promise you that I will beat the charges, I promise that I will work hard to find and exploit any weaknesses in the officer's case.

Bankruptcy is a tough decision: we will help you make a decision which is right for you. We are a debt relief agency under the Bankruptcy Code.

We assists individuals involved in probate court matters such as mental health, guardianship, and conservatorship proceedings.

We draft documents which allow you to designate who you want to make important decisions on your behalf when you are incapacitated: documents such as a will, durable power of attorney, patient advocate designation, living will, or HIPAA release. You need these documents so that health care providers, the courts, and others know who you trust and want involved in your life.

We protect your Second Amendment rights against infringement. We get purchase permits for anyone who is qualified under the law. We get Concealed Pistol Licenses for anyone who is qualified under the law. Don't let the police chief or the county concealed weapons licensing board scare you off.
